I’ve been using the CCI 250 primer for about 15 years in all my hunting rifles. I discovered that I use approx. 1 grain of powder less than with a stand powder. It works especially well in very cold weather. Good shooting.

I load for a 270 winchester. Actually several over the years. When I first started I was not satisfied. A friend advised me to use magnum primers. I was already using CCI and switched to the magnum 250s and have been happy. One half inch or smaller group happy.
