Combine Winchester components with 760 to duplicate 30-06 Springfield factory load ballistics. 760 has ideal flow characteristics that give it an advantage over other propellants with similar burn rates. 760 in recommended as an excellent choice for 22-250 Remington, 300 Winchster Magnum, as well as 300 WSM. Grain shape is flat ball.

There aren’t always loads in the books for some calibers. With that in mind you can cross reference from other calibers to find a safe grain weights to start with your caliber. It has worked with great accuracy in most calibers. My 308 pre 64 was one could not get enough in case to stabilize the load. Shot gun pattern. I got fed up with a shelf full of powder that I couldn’t get because of shortages. Buy a keg and have the problem solved. Be very careful if there is no load in your book. I have 8 books and most calibers are covered. Everyones rifle may very from gun to gun. Use common sense when loading when increasing bullet weight decrease powder. This may not be for everyone. Only the very experienced should try this. Do as I say not as I do.

I have been using Win 760 for about 9 months and really like this product. I have tried stick powder like Varget and IMR4064 but they didn’t measure well with my progressive press. I was getting +/-0.4 grains. With Win 760 I get +/-0.1 grains and 8 out of ten are right on the money. That has made a difference for me.
